Long ago the Bane were kin to the Eloh and understood the
power of Logos. After centuries of war, the Bane have
forgotten the nature of this power and are attempting to
rediscover its essence. Deep underground within the
Marshes subcontinent, the Bane are experimenting on AFS
receptives in their ghastly pursue of knowledge at Logos
Research Facility.
